Roxxem's first season runs from October 12 to February 19, and everyone starts fresh at Level 1. Level up to earn skill points for the new skill tree, and try two new ways to play live games: Teams and Co-op.
Improvements
- Season 1 has begun! The Season 1 page shows your level, the season leaderboard and this season's contests.
- The skill tree is the new way to get powers: every level earns a skill point to unlock a power or rank it up, and more power slots open as you level. How the skill tree works
- Team Mode (Pro) splits a live game into 2 to 10 teams, and each team scores the total of its players' points. How to play Team Mode

- Game setup has been streamlined for faster and easier starts.
- New guided tutorials have been added to each game.
- Make a copy (Pro) duplicates a lesson, vocab list, question set, playlist or unit so you can edit your own version.
- Vocab list pages have flashcards, and question set pages have a practice quiz, right on the page.
- A question set page can show its questions in your own language and filter them by difficulty.
- The creating and editing assignments interface has been redesigned to be more intuitive.
- Sandbox assignments can include whole playlists, not just single videos.
- Search filters are saved to your account, so they follow you to any device.
Fixes
- Easy, normal and hard questions now differ in how hard the language is, and questions shown in your own language keep the words being tested as written.
- Fixed being signed out unexpectedly when the connection dropped or the server was briefly unavailable.
- Fixed a finished game's result being lost when your sign-in had expired.
- Joining a live game now retries on its own when a school network drops the connection.
- Fixed a false "Could not sync the game" message on the host's screen after a live game ended.
- Signing up from a live game's results now goes to sign-up instead of back to the join page.
- Fixed Learn mode losing track of the assignment after a study game.
- Tests no longer come out shorter than asked when a video has few questions at the chosen level, and no question shows a blank prompt.
- The notification bell lists the newest notifications first.
